Tarifo is a fare calculator for iPhone. Enter your own prices, start a trip, and it measures distance and waiting time with GPS to show a running estimate. Or get a quote before you set off.

• Your own prices. Base fare, price per kilometre or mile, price per minute of waiting, minimum fare, distance included in the base fare, rounding and one-tap extras.
• As many tariffs as you need. Day, Night, Airport or anything else, each with its own currency and kilometres or miles.
• Three ways to charge. Distance + waiting, distance or waiting, or distance + time, so the estimate follows the pricing you want to compare against.
• A live estimate. Fare, distance, time, waiting time, speed, the route on a map and a GPS quality badge while you ride. Add extras during the trip.
• Lock Screen and Dynamic Island. A Live Activity shows the running estimate, and measuring continues when Tarifo is in the background.
• A quote up front. Search for a destination with Apple Maps to get a fare range, or type in the distance and minutes yourself.
• A clear summary. Itemized breakdown, route map, a tip and split calculator, and a shareable image clearly marked “ESTIMATE”.
• History. Trips grouped by month, with search, notes and CSV export.

Stays on your iPhone

Trips, routes and tariffs are stored only on your device. There is no account, no analytics, no advertising, no tracking and no server. Location is used only while a trip is running, to measure distance, and is never sent to us. Read the privacy policy.

Nine languages, any currency

English, Polish, German, Russian, Spanish, Czech, French, Italian and Ukrainian. Each tariff can use any ISO 4217 currency, and amounts, distances and dates follow your device’s region.

Tarifo is a personal calculator for information, planning and comparison: to check a fare, plan a budget or split costs with friends.

Tarifo is not a taximeter. It has not been type-approved, verified, sealed or certified as a measuring instrument under the EU Measuring Instruments Directive (2014/32/EU), national metrology law or any similar regulation, and it is not connected to a fiscal cash register. It must not be used to determine the fare charged to passengers where the law requires a certified taximeter or another approved method of setting the price. Its summaries and images are estimates, not fiscal receipts or invoices.
